Founders Rahul George & Annelise Piers are Master Practitioners and Trainers of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), licensed in the US and UK by the Society of NLP and Dr.Richard Bandler (co-founder NLP). They bring to the table over 20 years of collective experience delivering experiential training through game, theatre and NLP. 

Annelise Piers stumbled upon creative teaching in 2000, volunteering to teach kids with learning disabilities and developing workshops for kids of all ages. Over the years, she has honed her skill of delivering complex concepts through a practical, hands-on learning experience. She has perfected the art of using a combination of NLP, sociometrics and game to enable participants learn faster and on an unconscious level.

Annelise has developed several teacher training modules to enable educators enhance learning in their classroom. One of her proudest accomplishments is being part of a team that worked on a Cambridge publication for teachers.

“I learnt I had a natural talent for creative teaching when my son was very little. Over the years, I’ve had several opportunities to leverage my creativity with learned technologies that have taken my skills to a whole new level. I believe learning happens on an unconscious level, and is permanent when it triggers the emotional centers of the brain. More recently, I've been using NLP and metaphors of movement to accelerate learning and help individuals move up the curve. Really exciting work!"

Rahul George has trained over 12000 people since 2004. He has created his own brand of personal empowerment evolving the process of quick behaviour change using Neuro Linguistic Programming & theatre-based-training. He has created interventions for Self Help Groups, Teachers & Students in schools and colleges, using Applied Theatre Programs. He focuses on creating change for senior management executives across the country in varied fields including software, engineering and advertising.

Institutions include Mount Carmel College, New Horizon and CMR PU College. Companies engaged with include Infosys, Oracle, Wipro, HP, ING, Godrej, Mahindra and Unilever.
